more screenshots The SPATZDataGrabber software allows the permanent storing of all important welding parameters, e.g. welding current, electrode voltage, penetration, welding time, energy, final resistance, control value and force of each weldment in a PC and, at the same time, to display the measured value tendency window in the form of a diagram. There is the possibility to show all parameters of a connected welding controller or to select an optional welding parameter which is subsequently transferred from each of the possible eight connected controllers and displayed as a graph. For that, simply a RS-232 cable is connected to the SPATZ welding systems and then connected via a COM interface to the PC.
The main window of the SPATZDataGrabber software displays, at first sight, all important information about data backup. The respective backup file is shown for up to eight simultaneous connections. The user is, moreover, provided with information about the file size and the number of weldments.
The recording mode provides the setting possibility of storing all weldment data in one single file or daily, weekly or monthly separate storing into a new file. As a last option, a defined number of weldments per file can be set. If the maximum is reached, a new file is created.
The software can be protected from access through unauthorised persons through the input of a password.
