SPATZ+ Welding Transformers

Welding transformers convert the primary high voltage into a low voltage with high current on the secondary side. The duty cycle of the transformers is limited by the thermal load and is usually specified as a percentage of the transformer's cycle time. The RMS short-circuit current defines the maximum current. The weld transformer is a key component of RSW power supplys.
